數控加工工序的劃分有幾種方式?

(1)按零(ling)件(jian)裝卡(ka)定位(wei)方式劃(hua)(hua)分工序(xu)(xu):每個零(ling)件(jian)結構形狀不(bu)同(tong),各表面的(de)技術要求也(ye)有所不(bu)同(tong),故加工時,其定位(wei)方式各有差異,因而(er)可根據定位(wei)方式的(de)不(bu)同(tong)來(lai)劃(hua)(hua)分工序(xu)(xu);
(2)按粗、精加工(gong)劃分(fen)工(gong)序:根(gen)據零(ling)件的加工(gong)精度(du)、剛度(du)和變形等因素來劃分(fen)工(gong)序時,可按粗、精加工(gong)分(fen)開的原則來劃分(fen)工(gong)序,即先(xian)粗加工(gong)再精加工(gong),此時可用不同(tong)的機床或不同(tong)的刀具進行加工(gong);
(3)按所用(yong)刀(dao)(dao)具劃分工(gong)(gong)序:為了減少換刀(dao)(dao)時(shi)間,壓縮空程時(shi)間,減少不必要的定位誤(wu)差(cha),可(ke)按刀(dao)(dao)具集中工(gong)(gong)序的方法加工(gong)(gong)零件,即在一(yi)次裝(zhuang)夾中,盡可(ke)能用(yong)一(yi)把(ba)刀(dao)(dao)具加工(gong)(gong)出可(ke)能加工(gong)(gong)的所用(yong)部位,然(ran)后再(zai)換另一(yi)把(ba)刀(dao)(dao)加工(gong)(gong)其他部位;
